Primary operational roles

  1. Heavy Equipment Operator. Operate and manage excavation, grading, and structural trenching machinery with precision and strict adherence to site safety protocols.

  2. Skilled Tradesman / Laborer. Install water, sewer, and stormwater mains, construct lift and pump stations, and execute road improvement work across Washington State.

  3. Project Manager. Lead site development packages from pre-construction through completion, coordinate public utility logistics, and identify value engineering opportunities.

  4. Site Superintendent. Direct daily civil construction operations, enforce OSHA standards, and coordinate subcontractor timelines to keep projects on schedule.
