1. Pre-Construction Planning. Safety begins before any equipment arrives on site. During pre-construction planning, we conduct a thorough site-specific risk assessment, identify applicable permits and safety requirements, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure every party understands our safety expectations from the start. We establish traffic control plans, excavation safety protocols, and emergency response procedures before groundbreaking.

2. Site Operations. On every active SRV job site, our superintendents enforce continuous hazard recognition and conduct daily safety assessments before work begins. We require full personal protective equipment for all personnel, maintain strict excavation and trenching safety controls, and implement traffic and pedestrian protection plans wherever work occurs adjacent to public right-of-way. All subcontractors working on our sites are held to the same safety standards as our own crew..

3. Workforce Empowerment. We hold regular site-specific safety meetings to address current conditions, share best practices, and proactively identify potential hazards before they become incidents.
